Accessing the Navigation System 

The navigation system found in the 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV can be accessed by either tapping the navigation widget on the touchscreen display, or by selecting it with the vehicle’s rotary pad. A Graphics Bar with additional options can be accessed by swiping right on the touchscreen, or by turning the rotary dial to the right and pressing it down.

To plan a route, drivers can use the rotary pad to toggle different nearby points of interest, or use the touchscreen or rotary pad option to manually enter the address for their destination. Drivers can also use the voice recognition system to search for their destination, saving them from having to type it out manually. 

Using the Map

Once the address has been entered, select “Start Navigation” to display the map and highlighted path to your destination. Drivers can swap between 2D and 3D views depending on their preference, and can pinch and zoom or pan the map for greater situational awareness.
